Composition

  • Fang FengRx. Saposhnikoviae3–10 g

    Releases the exterior and expels External Wind.

    for Wind-Cold and Exterior patterns in any season.
    for Wind-Heat.
    • Jing Jie, Bo He
    Lian Qiao,* for Wind-Heat with red eyes and a sore throat.
  • Gan CaoRx. Glycyrrhizae1.5–14 g

    Moistens the Lungs, resolves Phlegm, stops cough, clears Heat, relieves Fire toxicity and moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs.

  • Lian QiaoFr. Forsythiae6–30 g

    Clears Heat,especially in the Upper Jiao and relieves toxicity.

  • Jin Yin HuaFlos Lonicerae6–20 g

    Clears Heat, resolves Fire toxicity and vents and disperses External Wind-Heat.

    for various Heat disorders.
